New Maryland School (NMES) is a modern, well-equipped facility in School District 18, New Brunswick, located close to the capital city, Fredericton. NMES serves a student population of approximately 520 students in K-Grade 5, including French Immersion programs, with a highly competent professional staff of approximately 32. NMES benefits from very strong community support with an active Home & School and Parent School Support Committee.

New Maryland School Zone: Area covering between Route 2 overpass (UNB Woodlot) through the to the York/Sunbury County Line (Marwood - Pole Plant, Civic #3307), which includes New Maryland Highway and all subdivisions and side streets there within; Route 101 Highway through Nasonworth and Beaverdam, Phillips Road and Charters Settlement Road and all side streets; Whittaker Road (above Civic #605), Bryson Road (above Civic #401) and Route 655 Highway (above Civic #1800) to the York/Sunbury county line only.
